Happy Birthday, Angie!

Well, another birthday has passed. I'm now 26 years old. We celebrated my birthday, which was on the 28th of December, at home in Washington. We had cake and ice cream and I got some new jeans. Overall I enjoyed myself and I'm glad I was able to be with my family for my special day.

I have to say, though, for any of you out there planning your children: try not to have them right around Christmas! Now that I'm a little older and more mature, I don't mind as much, but when I was younger, I really hated having my birthday three days after Christmas! It's all about the presents and celebration when children are young, and you don't get much of that so close to a major holiday like Christmas. Ah well. What's done is done.
