Back in early May, I was able to travel to Mexico for my brother's wedding. Fortunately, none of us caught the dreaded Swine Flu (DUN DUN DUNNNN!!). I didn't take my own camera, but I recently got some pictures from that trip, courtesy of my other brother, Steven, and his girlfriend. So thanks for that! And here are just a few of the several dozen I received.

Here we are at McDonald's at the airport and I am already checking in on Sander and Jack. I didn't want to leave them behind!

The excited family ready for our big adventure. I believe we were in an airport in Texas waiting to fly to Tampico, Mexico.

We had quite the layover, so we passed the time by playing Crazy 8's. A classic game that will never die.

Then we arrived in Mexico. Wait, everything is in Spanish! I'm confused...

I can't believe they sell Little Caesar's Hot n' Ready pizzas for $79! That's just highway robbery!

And here's a picture of my sister, Miriam, and me on the sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The water was pleasantly warm.

Showing my dedication as a mother. Jack was never out of my mind!

And... a picture of my feet stuck in squishy sand. What can I say? Miriam and I didn't go swimming so we had to find other ways to entertain ourselves.

Before the wedding we were able to take family pictures at a park in town. Here we are relaxing in the shade while we get ready to head off to the wedding!

The beautiful Tampico Temple where Thomas and Ana were married.

Mom, Ana, Thomas, and Dad. What a beautiful bride!

This was taken at the reception that evening. Their cake had a fountain that was glowing! Pretty cool, eh?

Congratulations to the happy couple!

Oh, she is beautiful! Congrats to them! Yeah, I'd have a hard time leaving my little ones behind too. But yeah for having a good time!
Haha, in that McDonalds picture it looks like you're about to continue messing with my nasty Fanta. :P
