Jack turns 6!

Our oldest kiddo turned six yesterday. He was so excited for his birthday for a long, long time! He counted down for quite a while.

We had a multi-color theme this year and the kids thought it was a lot of fun.

The night before his birthday, we drove out to Toys R Us and Jack picked out some super cool "Night Vision Goggles." Then we went to Texas Roadhouse at his request. On his actual birthday, Jack got to give out fun goodie bags to everyone in his class. Then he came home and opened presents. 

Jack told Callie and Ryan that they could help him open his presents. 

 And, of course, everyone gets to play with the new toys! Jack was very happy with his presents this year!

For his birthday dinner, Jack requested homemade pizza wraps because they are "the best pizza ever." He also loves to help make the pizza.

And after dinner, we had some Pikachu cake for dessert. Thanks to Netflix, Jack and Callie are kind of obsessed with Pokemon, especially Pikachu. We still have to head out to Jungle Jolt as part of Jack's birthday package, and we certainly will follow through. He had a great day and is very happy to be six years old!
