Grandma and Grandpa Marshall came to visit last month and the kids had a blast! The weather cooperated and the kids were outside every day.
One reason for their visit was to watch the kids while Dad and Mom went on a date to a special dinner for Dad's work. He got his official license as a Senior Reactor Operator at the plant, and the company paid for a night in a nice hotel. We haven't left the kids overnight before, so it was nice to spend that much time together!
We also went to the waterfront at Canandaigua Lake and had a fun picnic.
We tried to watch the sunset up at Hill Cumorah, but we didn't pick the right night and the sky was too overcast. The kids had fun anyway!
We are very grateful that Grandma and Grandpa Marshall were willing to travel out here. They even helped with some yard work! Thank you!
