A package arrived in the mail yesterday and Jack was SO excited! The doorbell rang while Jack was in the living room. We answered the door to find a huge, brightly colored box with a big picture of this wonderful car made just for Jack-sized people. Jack insisted we open the box immediately. Unfortunately for him, though, Callie started to cry and Mom was not able to put the car together alone, so we had to wait for Dad to get home to play with the car.
We thought about saving the car for his birthday, but since he already saw it arrive and knew what it was, it didn't work out very well. Despite his expression here, he really loved the car. And don't worry, we won't let him play with it at the top of the stairs like he is doing here!

Tennis shoes! She actually doesn't own any shoes, and a friend from church gave us these on Sunday. Callie is so hip!
Here's the chubster in the bath. She really enjoys bath time (as much as a one-month-old can enjoy anything), and they seem to help her sleep a little better at night.
She's using the same bath tub Jack used. It brings back all those memories of little baby Jack. It's crazy that he will be two years old next month!
