Goldilocks

Jack's hair was getting a little long, so we decided to give him a little haircut. He was not very happy about it. He hasn't been feeling well and the stool he was sitting on was a little wobbly.

The kids also had their 2-month and 2-year checkups recently. It's cool to be able to look back at the blog and see Jack's measurements to compare them with Callie's. Callie weighs two pounds more than Jack did at the same age!

His hair is so very blonde...

Here are Jack's stats for his two-year check up:

Height: 35 inches (70th percentile)

Weight: 30lbs (75th percentile)

Head Circumference: 51cm (90th percentile)

Apparently Jack is averaging out (except for his head circumference).

Jack was much happier after the haircut. He did not like having hair falling on his legs and arms, and he especially did not like getting hair stuck to his hands! He got pretty upset, but the bath washed all the hairs away!

Here are Callie's stats:

Height: 24.5 inches (90th percentile)

Weight: 15lbs 2oz (greater than 95th percentile)

Head circumference: 42cm (90th percentile)

She's a big baby, just like Jack was.

Callie is getting bigger every day! She loves to smile and giggle and she is learning how to wobble around on her tummy. She also loves to suck on her fingers. We're so happy to have Jack and Callie in our little family!
