Where did April go? It seems the camera has been neglected lately. At least we have some recent shots of our newly installed garden beds! This will be our first attempt at gardening, so we decided to start small. We have two 4'x8' beds this year. We're planting strawberries, peas, carrots, and broccoli. The kids have been so excited about the garden and they each have their own tools and watering cans. It should be interesting to see if anything actually grows!
Ryan was digging around and found some yummy dirt! Or, maybe not so yummy.
We've had some construction going on this month and it's finally done. These are the "before" pictures, and we'll post the "after" pictures when we get around to painting the walls. We had some guys come in and put up the walls, ceilings, floors and plumbing, but they would charge extra for painting. I guess we can't have it all.
The kids were going a little stir-crazy without their big basement to play in. We watched a lot of movies and played with play-doh upstairs. They're so glad to be reunited with their toys!
