This n' That

Here are a few pictures from May and June that haven't found their way onto the blog just yet.

Here are Mom and the kiddos on Mother's Day this year.

We went to "Jump Club" in May in an effort to explore all the indoor play centers around here before the summer crowds come around. We might go back. We shall see!

Ryan really did have fun there, he just wasn't feeling up to sitting by a giant bear for a picture. :o)

The kids love to bake cookies. Callie was a little disappointed that she couldn't wear a chef's hat, too, though. We might have to invest in a second hat!

Here is evidence that we grew strawberries this year! Jack had the honor of picking the very first ripe strawberries on his birthday.

Goofy kid.

We decided to upgrade from our old rusty swing set to a wooden one that will, hopefully, last a long time. The kids love to swing and they could do it all day if we had the time and patience...

The tire swing isn't up quite yet because we were missing some bolts and haven't received them quite yet. The kids are using it as a "nest" right now with rocks in the nest serving as "eggs."

There's a picnic table under the main fort, along with a rock-climbing wall, rope ladder, and fun slide. The kids love it and we're glad we made the investment.

And here are a couple of pictures of our little garden. We had some animals invading a while back and they ate a little of everything! We put up a makeshift fence and haven't seen any new damage yet... This picture shows broccoli (closest plants), carrots (back left corner), and our peas (back right corner.)

We've kept the strawberries covered so birds wouldn't eat them, although the bunnies or deer did manage to snip a few of the plants. You'd think these animals would just learn to grow their own gardens! Rude...

Well, you guys have been really busy. Painting, building swing sets, gardens and I love the fathers day post. So much fun and cuteness going on in the Marshall home.
