Starting the New Year!

Here we are in another year! So far it has been great.

We got a call from the hospital informing us that Luke was ready to come home, so we got ready to get him. Mom stayed home with the kiddos while Dad flew to Florida to pick him up. Those at home decided to make a "Welcome Home" sign for Dad and Luke.

We were all very excited to be together as a family!

Since Luke missed Christmas day, we saved the Christmas tree and his Christmas PJ's for him. He was super cozy in his footie pajamas!

And, of course, we had to get a picture of all four kids together by the tree. Luke has only been alive such a short time, but has already celebrated Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day!

Keeping up with tradition, we got a new Ornament while we were visiting Disney World. We picked a sturdy metal ornament with a jingle bell inside. Hopefully it will last for many years to come!

On the 10th, we celebrated Dad's 34th birthday. The kids love having birthday parties for their stuffed animal friends, so they were very excited to have a real birthday party! Grandma Culwell was also in town to help us celebrate, which added to the excitement.

Then on Sunday, the 19th, we were able to take Luke to church and give him his special baby blessing. He got to wear the adorable blessing outfit that Ryan got to wear, made by Grandma Culwell.

He is such a handsome little guy! So far, Luke has been fitting right in with our family. He sleeps a lot, loves to be cuddled, and seems very content. We are really enjoying finally having our family together!
