Callie turns FOUR!

Our little Callie turned four on March 8th. When we asked her what she wanted to do, she said she wanted to go to Kango Play Center again like she did the year before. We visited Toys R Us first to pick out a toy, as is tradition, then went to Kango!

Birthdays benefit everyone in the family! Jack and Ryan had tons of fun, too!

Luke would have had fun... if he could move and knew what was going on.

After Kango, we went out to lunch, then headed home to open presents. Callie had her friend, Cute Doggy, help her open them. She got tons of awesome presents, including princess dolls, Legos, and slippers and a robe!

Callie chose "Hawaiian Haystacks" for dinner because she really likes rice. And, of course, olives are always good!

Callie said she wanted a rainbow cake, so we started looking at pictures online, and she realized she did not want the actual cake to be rainbow, but she just wanted a rainbow decoration on top. The cake needed to be chocolate-flavored. We settled for skittles and a frosting rainbow.

She managed to blow out all the candles and hopefully she'll get her wish!

One of her gifts was a big cardboard box. Okay, not just a cardboard box, but a cardboard house that she can color all over and play in. The kids are always playing in random cardboard boxes anyway, so it might as well have some cool designs and doors!

We managed to get quite a few tickets and Kango Play Center, so we got a jumbo inflatable hammer. Here is Callie working away at that house. It takes a lot of work!

We are so very grateful to have Callie in our family. She loves to laugh and be silly and she brings such a sweet spirit to our home. We love her so much. Happy birthday, Callie Girl!
