Where is Spring?

We had more time to play outside in the snow a while ago. A nice big snow storm came through and gave us a lot more to play in (and clean up.)

As much as the kids like the snow, I think we're all ready for Spring to show up and bring some warmer weather. Heavy coats and boots are only fun for so long!

Callie loves to eat the snow. We just have to make sure it's clean!

Ryan really enjoys being outside. He is going to have so much fun once the weather gets warmer and he can run around in the grass. Last year he could not walk and did not enjoy sitting in the grass. It bothered his legs and hands, and he really wanted to play!

Even Jack is ready for the snow to be gone. He doesn't like all the "work" that goes with getting dressed and undressed every time. 

Callie found a cool icicle to eat along with her snow. That makes a complete meal... of frozen water.

Even Dad tried some water-flavored icicle. Yum.

And here are just a few random pictures from several weeks ago. Jack had been asking to use the photo booth at the Museum of Play, but we were avoiding making that part of our routine when we visit. We finally decided that every once in a while might be acceptable. 

 The kids had fun being goofballs with Dad.
