As is tradition in our home, we made Gingerbread Houses again this year. Luke got to make his very own and he was very excited!
Maybe next year, we'll try baking from scratch. Maybe...
The finished products!
The kids did great and enjoyed eating the houses, too!
We have a few pictures left over from fall that we haven't had a chance to share, so we'll just pop them in here!
We have a hill in our backyard and the kids discovered the joys of rolling down. They didn't always stay straight, but it was still fun!
Callie made a drawing for an exhibit that was shown at the Hill Cumorah Visitor's Center. After it was displayed, they sent it back to us. Callie was very proud of her art work.
While we were there checking out Callie's art, we took some pictures.
The area is really beautiful, especially in the fall with all the changing colors.
And one more picture of a park we discovered while walking around downtown Palmyra. The fall leaves had fallen and covered the ground quite thoroughly. The kids had a lot of fun kicking them and throwing them up in the air.
