It's all good

Jack is finally over his tonsillitis, thank goodness, and he also had an appointment with the urologist today. We have been keeping an eye on his kidneys for a while now, but it looks like those days are over. The doctor said both his kidneys are growing fine, and the cysts don't appear to be growing. As you can see above, he's happy about that!

The doctor also said we don't need to continue to monitor his kidneys with ultrasounds unless some problem, like a kidney infection, comes up. So he's just a regular little baby now (who dresses like his mom.)

He's growing up so fast! It's hard to believe he is already 10 months old. He is currently learning how to say lots of words and loves to mimic any sounds he hears. He heard a little girl sniffing because she had a cold, and he started blowing raspberries to imitate her. He can say ball, dada, all done, diaper, baby, occasionally he'll say mama, and he'll repeat many words we say to him.

He also likes to help with the laundry. Well... he actually likes to crawl through the laundry and take out all the folded laundry and throw it onto the floor. But at least he's having fun!

He's also trying hard to learn how to walk. He likes to hold onto someone's hands and roam all around. He can stand up on his own for a little while. He's just getting to be a big boy. What are we going to do with him?

Jackson is so cute. Of course he has to have cute parents to get the cute gene. He always has a smile on his face. How good can it get?
