First Afghan

I finally finished my very first crocheted afghan. It took me a long time since I could only work on it for a little bit at a time while the kids were asleep. I was also reading The Hunger Games trilogy, so I had to split my time.

This is called the "Grannie Ripple." It's made of Grannie squares, but also "ripples," or zig zags.

Since I already made Jack a quilt before he was born, I will most likely give this afghan to Callie.

Jack took this picture after he stole the camera from me. I thought it was a cool angle. Now I just have to figure out what I want to make next!
