During this adventure to the Museum of Play, we decided to take the opportunity to get some celebrity autographs and pictures. Jack has read many of the Berenstain Bear's books, and thought it would be fun to get a picture with Sister and Brother Bear.
We paused for a moment to remember all the great kings and queens who have sat at the throne of King Arthur. Jack loved the crown we made and wore it for the rest of the day (but took it off to eat lunch).
Then we took a picture with the famous troll who lives under the bridge. He wasn't such a grumpy fellow as long as you ask permission to cross his bridge.
After we were done meeting the celebrities, Jack wanted to go through the dizzying tilted room. We walked up a steep ramp, then came into a room that was all tilted and made anyone walking through feel dizzy and disoriented.
The walls were padded because it is very easy to fall down the incline and hit the walls. This didn't seem to bother Jack, though, because he insisted we go through the room several times in a row!
This picture is from one of Jack's first trips to the museum, taken a year and a half ago. It is just so fun to watch him grow. He is losing his baby-ish features and is growing into a little boy.
