We decided it was about time for us to go get some pumpkins, so we went out to Wickham Farm. Callie was fascinated by this cow with fake udders that spray out water into a bucket. She kept returning to "milk" it again.
Jack gave it a try, too.
We also tried out the corn maze. It had been pretty rainy, so we had to walk through some mud.
Callie rode on Dad's shoulders the whole time, and when he went to put her down, her leg was asleep! She was pretty upset about it because she had never had that happen before and couldn't understand why she couldn't walk! Poor girl.
The half-way point.
Ryan made it through the maze, too.
The kids got to play mini-golf for the first time. Jack though the "obstacles" were pretty cool.
Callie needed a little help with her technique.
It was pretty windy and rainy, so we went inside for some cookies and hot chocolate. That woke Ryan right up!
Callie was pretty excited about the cookie.
Since the weather was not cooperating, we couldn't get the cute "kids posing in the pumpkin field" pictures that everyone else seems to have. We had to settle for "pumpkins on the deck" pictures. At least we got some pumpkins to carve!
