Halloween 2013

Happy Halloween! It's hard to believe another year has gone by. This year, Jack really wanted to be a super hero, so we found a fun Superman costume. He told everyone who would listen that he is the "real" Superman.

Callie was a little torn between an owl costume and this unicorn costume at Old Navy, but she decided to go with Unicorn because it was "cuter."

And Ryan was a zebra, just because it was cute and available in his size at Old Navy! We actually wanted to get him a turtle costume because he is still crawling and he likes to make a turtle face when we ask him to. But there just weren't any that quite fit our style. So zebra it is!

And this is Mom's costume. The kids thought it was pretty fun.

Here are the kids at the church Halloween party, which took place the Saturday before Halloween. Dad helped with a booth, so the kids went to visit him and decorate cookies. There was a lot to do at the Halloween Carnival!

After playing some games, the kids got to go trunk-or-treating. It was a little chilly outside, but overall not bad at all! They had a lot of fun, and they still got to go trick-or-treating on Halloween a few days later! Bonus candy!

This is on Halloween night after trick-or-treating in the rain. They took a bath and got their skeleton jammies on, then were off to bed with bellies full of candy! What a night! (And no, Ryan still isn't walking, he is just leaning against the wall for the picture!)
