The Past Few Months

Our poor blog has been neglected this year. Things can get a little crazy with school and the various appointments that go along with having four kids. We'll see if we can do better!

Ryan made the news! Well, not really, just the town messenger. We attended a Lego party at the local library and they decided to use his picture. Luckily he is pretty photogenic!

Callie finally lost her first tooth, although the two behind were already in!

Luke loves to read books, and Jack and Callie love to read to him!

In the spring time, the boys like to help Mom get some exercise and come out for bike rides and stroller runs. Fresh air!

Luke got into Mom's makeup and made himself look pretty.

Goofy boys at the museum.

We had a heat wave roll through in the spring time, so we got to try out the pool early this year!

Luke grabbed a headband and wanted to work out like Mommy. He was doing a cool-down stretch!

Jack created a playground for toy animals. He made the whole thing himself and was very proud of it. There's a rocket ride, a see-saw, a swing, and a slide.

The kids love decorating cookies and we're always trying to find the best and easiest way for them to frost sugar cookies. This time, we tried edible markers on dried white frosting. It worked pretty well!

This picture might be from St. Patrick's day... Museum fun!

We watched our friends' kids while they got to see a Broadway play and spend the night elsewhere. We had seven kids in the house. They loved it, and it actually made the time go by faster because they were so busy having fun!

Jack wanted to show off his wall-climbing skills. Also, the sweatshirt he is wearing is his own design. The front says "Lightning Rain," which is his super hero name, and the back has a big lightning bolt and rain drop.

And that catches up the blog a bit. Stay tuned for more exciting adventures!
