Before getting to the Christmas tree and lights, here are a couple of pictures of Jack getting into Mommy's wallet. This is a favorite past time of his lately.
He usually wears pants around the house... But anyway, he gathered up all the bills and receipts and scrunched them all up. Then tried to shove them back in the wallet. He also rearranged all the cards and pictures. Silly man.
We've had this fake Christmas tree for a few years now. We were going to buy a real one this year (off a store lot), but we are still in such a transition period and Sander's evenings are so busy that we decided to do one more year with the fake tree.
We did manage to put up some lights outside on the porch at least. Next year we'll go all out and get some lights up on the roof and all that good stuff. That's a privilege and an obligation you have once you own a house. Otherwise you're just slacking!
Oh, and the next post should be the results of the upcoming ultrasound. It is scheduled for Wednesday, the 9th, and we are planning to find out what we are having. We'll let ya'll know!

so cute! don't worry about the pants thing...it would only be bad if you took a picture of sander without pants on haha
Three cheers for fake trees! Sure it is fun to pick out a real tree, but it's not fun getting sap on your clothes, pine needles on the floor, a back ache trying to keep it watered and then trying to dispose of it...
We just bought a fake one that will last us several years, (I hope) until we are a bit more established. like yourselves!
the lights and tree look so cute! McKenna liked to play with my wallet all the time so I bought her a fake one of her own and put cards in it and she loved it.
