Summer Soccer

We made it to the end of Jack's soccer season! It was kind of rough on the kids (and parents) because it was in the evenings twice a week and interrupted their bedtime, but it was still fun!

Callie and Ryan loved watching the games and playing in the empty fields. Callie was being a goofball and wanted some funny pictures of herself.

Silly kids.

Some evenings were really hot and humid, other times it was cooler and even rainy. (Jack is trying to catch rain on his tongue.)

We managed to get a few action shots throughout the season. Jack was not the best at getting in on the action, but he still had a lot of fun.

We have decided that group sports like soccer or football might not work for him right now. He is not very aggressive and isn't always aware of what is going on around him. He might do better in T-ball, so we might try that next year.

After every game, the two teams line up and high-give each other and say, "Good game!"

After Jack's last game of the season, he got a small medal. He was pretty excited about it!

The teams had group pictures taken, along with individual pictures, but we are cheap and didn't want to pay for the professional pictures! Here are our cheaper alternatives. They still turned out well!
