The HUGE Children's Museum

We went to the Children's Museum in Indiana again (of course!) while visiting Alan and Jeni and the kids had a blast with their cousins. This is Callie's "excited" face. Haha.

Here are Jack and Lily riding a super cool race car. Jack said the steering wheel was "broken" because it wouldn't turn. Sorry, Jack, it's just for show!

Last time we visited, the area for smaller children was too full, so the kids didn't get to check it out. This time, however, school had just started and we were able to come on a nice, slow day! Callie was a little obsessed with trying to drink the water in the water table by dipping various toys into it and then sucking on them. Gross.

Both kiddos loved the sand table. It's fun to see that Jack and Callie are old enough to play "together" sometimes. Jack is getting a little bossy when it comes to Callie, but we're trying to get that under control!

Jack and Lily liked hanging out on this little "raft" they had. The kids could pull themselves across a little fake river using the ropes. It was quite an adventure! (Malia came with us to the museum, too, but we just didn't get any good pictures with her! We'll have to come back so we can try again!)

Jack thought the bulldozer was super cool!

At the end of our trip, we picked up some yummy cookies. We were so glad to be able to hang out with the little kids and spend a fun day at the museum. Of course, we hardly scratched the surface of this massive place, but the kids don't know that!
